Dirigento aims to make AI a bigger part of everyday life in the workshop

Dirigento has developed its AI platform for the independent aftermarket and expanded its partnership with FTZ. The company is now moving into the next phase, in which AI will be able to do more than just analyze data and send messages to customers.

Danish trade magazine Motor-magasinet has written about Dirigento and where we're heading.

From day one, the goal has been to help workshops reach their customers before the customers have to reach out themselves. Our AI goes through workshop and customer data and finds out who is due for what, such as a service, a tyre change or maintenance, and when.

The article covers how the platform has grown into a solution for the independent aftermarket, and how our collaboration with FTZ has deepened along the way.

It also covers our next phase. AI should do more than spot the right customers and send them a message. It should take over more of the actual work in the workshop's front office.

"We want to be where AI is actually doing something. It shouldn't just tell the workshop what could be interesting. It should be involved in making it happen."
Christoph Schilling, co-founder, Dirigento
